The 7×12 is the unit we rent most, and it earns that. 453 cubic feet of temperature-controlled volume sits on a footprint that parks in a normal space — no crane, no ramp, no crew. A front-mounted ARCTIC refrigeration unit holds −10°F to 50°F off a single 115V / 20A outlet, and the dual-axle running gear with electric brakes means it tows legally behind a half-ton pickup.
Full-height rear double doors open onto a diamond-plate ramp, and the clear strip curtain lets your crew load and unload all day without dumping the cold air. This is the base model — the shelving package comes standard with rentals but is not part of an outright purchase, and there's no custom interior build-out. The commercial 4-inch insulation and LED lighting, though, are standard on every unit, rented or sold. For most kitchens, clinics, and event crews that's exactly the right amount of trailer.

The whole trailer is built around this. A stainless ARCTIC refrigeration unit mounts on the front wall rather than the roof, which keeps the overall height low enough for a standard garage door and puts the controls at chest height where your crew can actually reach them.
No roof-mounted condenser means nothing to snag on low clearances, and the entire 453 ft³ box stays square and usable — no evaporator housing eating into your shelf run.
