A third more cold storage, the same easy running

The 7×16 is the step up when the 12 fills up. 604 cubic feet — a third more than the 7×12 — rides on the same dual-axle chassis, behind the same front-mounted ARCTIC refrigeration unit, on the same 115V / 20A outlet. You add the length, not a new power bill or a different workflow.

Full-height rear double doors open onto a diamond-plate ramp, and the clear strip curtain lets your crew load and unload all day without dumping the cold air. The shelving package comes standard with rentals but is not part of an outright purchase, and there's no custom interior build-out. The commercial 4-inch insulation and LED lighting, though, are standard on every unit, rented or sold.

  • 604 ft³ interior
  • −10°F to 50°F
  • 115V / 20A
  • Dual axle, electric brakes
  • DOT compliant

What You Get With the 7×16

Everything above is standard. Nothing here is an upsell.

A third more cold storage

604 ft³ against the 7×12's 453. That is roughly a full extra pallet run per trip, or the difference between a walk-in holding steady and one falling behind on a Friday push.

Longer box, same habits

It needs about sixteen feet plus the tongue — a loading bay, a long side lot, or two parking stalls. Nothing else about your setup changes: same power, same ramp, same crew routine.

Load it all day, stay cold

The full-height strip curtain lets forklifts and hand trucks pass through while keeping the cold air where it belongs. No propping the doors and paying for it overnight.

One ordinary outlet

115V / 20A. That's a standard dedicated circuit — the kind already in most kitchens, garages, and warehouse walls. No generator, no three-phase hookup, no electrician visit.

Road legal, immediately

Dual axles with electric brakes, DOT compliant and road-ready. Tow it behind a suitable pickup, or let us deliver it and set it up for you.

Washed before it's yours

Every unit is sanitized and inspected between rentals, then plugged in and verified cold before it arrives. You get the trailer, not a project.

Configure Your 7×16

Side door and onboard generator are add-on options. Call to check what's on the lot for a rental, or spec them into a purchase.

Refrigerated trailer base configuration with full-height rear double doors

Base — rear doors only

The standard build. Full-height rear double doors, diamond-plate ramp, strip curtain across the doorway.

Standard
Refrigerated trailer with the curbside side door configuration

+ Curbside side door

A second full-height door on the curb side, with its own strip curtain. Choose it when the trailer sits against a wall or a narrow alley makes rear-only loading awkward.

Optional — ask us
Refrigerated trailer with an onboard generator mounted at the tongue

+ Onboard generator

A generator mounted at the tongue runs the refrigeration unit with no shore power. Choose it for remote sites, open lots, and parade routes.

Optional — ask us

The unit on the front wall

The whole trailer is built around this. A stainless ARCTIC refrigeration unit mounts on the front wall rather than the roof, which keeps the overall height low enough for a standard garage door and puts the controls at chest height where your crew can actually reach them.

No roof-mounted condenser means nothing to snag on low clearances, and the entire 604 ft³ box stays square and usable — no evaporator housing eating into your shelf run.
